Hi Everybody,
Brian here. I wanted to write a little more so the first thing you see at the top of the page here isn't about me losing a job. It is a quiet Sunday afternoon and the four of us have spent the day lazing around the house. I generally have made a great effort to be completely unproductive so far today.
The weekend was pretty relaxing. I have been fighting some sort of sore throat/head cold type thing for most of this week and finally started feeling better on Friday. A friend at work said that everyone gets sick within the first month of moving out here. I know Erin wasn't feeling great either for most of this week but it seems that T and J have made it through the first month mostly healthily. But finally feeling better I was pretty excited to have a good weekend. Jesse, Erin, and I went out to the Bondi Hotel on Friday night to meet a couple people from Erin's work. And Saturday night we went out with some people from Jesse's new work. That evening turned into quite an adventure that included visits to 4 different bars that are located on opposite sides of Sydney. But I will leave the telling of that adventure for another post hopefully.
One other thing I wanted to bring your attention to is the subscribe by email option now available on the blog. Now you can be lazy and not check the site everyday and let the blogosphere send you an email whenever a new post is up. I know some people like my Dad were clamoring for this feature. Personally I prefer the RSS feed alert format but to each his own I guess.
Alright I would write more but I am really trying not to accomplish anything today and having written this much and added that feature to the blog is really way too much productivity already. Thank you to everyone who is leaving comments: skinner, GarBear, the whole Meredith clan, even some lindbergs, and spedl who made my day with the mop comment. I'm glad you all get excited to read the blog because we get more excited to read your comments. Have a good weekend and I promise to get some more pictures up soon with my posts.

hi brian! sounds like your sunday is boring but i am guessing mine is more boring! I get to learn about mosquito fish. yes i do believe i win! anyway, not too much going on here. I sprained my ankle again, no big surprise there. school is good and I am sad you won't be home for thanksgiving. hope the elvis pizzeria is treating you well! <3 amanda

ReplyDeletesorry you got fired. their loss. Jon was here this weekend and we made brownies and thought of you when adding the cookies and cream icecream. I have been using the netflicks so you can stop spying on me. Don't you have anything better to do? When are we going to skype?
Loved the Office. We watched it together and loved the Buttlicker scene. Classic. Don't fall off that cliff. You know I am afraid of heights.
